This includes custom backups, domain e-mail management, domain aliases and much more.

I can set up and manage your domain e-mail accounts for you or I can provide access for you to manage them yourself. Create addresses like sales@yourbusiness.com to make sure e-mails always go to the right people.
There are many different options for setting up and managing your professional e-mail accounts, so please contact me to find out about all of your options. Please note: e-mail management is only an option for clients who use Lotus Petal Designs for hosting.
Redirects, aliases, and more
There are a lot of additional services I can provide that will help customers find your site more easily.
For example, if customers often misspell your company name or know you by more than one name, we can purchase multiple domain names but have them all redirect to your web site. This way, you only pay for hosting for 1 site, but customers can get there by typing in any of the domain names we have purchased for your company.
We can take this a step further with domain aliases. This option will allow you to have e-mail addresses at the alternate domains as well. There are many different ways that I can set up domains so that customers can reach you easily.
Most of these services are very affordable, as you only pay to host 1 site and just renew your domains annually.
We offer hosting for your small business web site! We even have affordable packages for clients that need regular updates to their sites, database management, or other technical assistance.
Easy Updates
Once your site is up, do you want the ability to update it yourself? I can create sites with backend access so you can update your own site, anytime you want!
This is usually done by setting up a WordPress or Drupal site, with a custom template I design so it looks exactly the way you want. Sites can also be built with completely custom backends, created from scratch. Your site needs and budget will help determine the best option for your organization.
I also offer our Managed Hosting plans that include regular updates at very affordable rates.
Backups
Do you have a site that is linked to a crucial database and want extra backup protection for peace of mind? Not a problem!
I can arrange any kind of custom backup you want and store it on my server or yours. Depending on size, I can usually even set it up so you can download a copy of your database backup from the Customer Section on our site! If you have specific needs or questions regarding backups, please contact me for more information.

All hosting is provided on a Linux server. General outlines of our hosting packages are below but pricing and details are tailored for each individual customer's needs.
Hosting Plans
I offer 2 main types of hosting - Basic Hosting a Managed Hosting. The main difference is that Managed Hosting includes regular monthly updates or other services.
Basic Hosting
Basic hosting is just like it sounds - pretty much just hosting.
For sites that don't need additional services, and either don't need regular updates or intend to make updates themselves, this is usually a good option. If you chose this type of hosting, you will be billed at an agreed upon rate for any updates I make to your site. All rates are given in writing at the time you join our service.
For organizations that pay for the entire year in advance and use low bandwidth, the Basic Hosting can cost as little as $4.98 per month! Pricing is specific to each client, based on factors such as disk space and bandwidth. Contact me to discuss pricing for your specific site.
Managed Hosting
The main feature of managed hosting is that can be set-up to include things like regular updates to your site, custom backups, domain e-mail management, or other features! This way you can rest assured that you can always have your site current without worrying about getting hit with extra bills - it is included in the price.
For companies that pay for the full year in advance, use low bandwidth, and only need 1 text based update or 1 other custom service like a custom backup each month - Managed Hosting can cost as little as $8.98 per month! Pricing is specific to each client, based on factors such as disk space, bandwidth, and amount of updates included with your plan. Contact me to discuss pricing for your specific site.
