Can I sign up online?

It depends.  Some services are available for online sign up but many of our services, including SEO services, have not yet been added to our new online store.  More services will be added in the near future but customized quotes are still required for many of our services.

If you would like pricing or other information for a service not yet available for online sign up, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist you.

How reliable is your hosting?

Our servers have a 99% uptime guarantee, although you must contact us to alert us to any downtime in order to claim credit.   Also, any downtime must be due to the server - meaning that if your site is down due to exceeding its allotted bandwidth, or due to actions by you or your agents that caused the site to go down while the server is still operating - this will not count as down time.   Credit for downtime will be proportional to the amount of time down and will be applied to future invoices.   Any credit for downtime will be credited to your account.

Can other people update the sites you create?

Yes.   Most sites we create are designed so that you or others you give access to can easily update text, menus, and other aspects of the site.

Even if you someday want to use an in-house developer to add or change feaures in code, all sites are coded primarily in HTML/CSS/PHP with some JavaScript so that any web professional can edit the behind the scenes parts.

Can I make payments online?

Yes.  We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express in our Client Care center.

Why do you generate final invoices for websites when you create our log-ins for the new site?

When we give you the log-ins to begin editing or adding content to your site, our part of the work is mostly done.  We have completed all of the project except for the launch of new site, which is only waiting on you at that point.  We always require payment in full for a new site before it goes live so generating that final invoice allows you to pay it and be ready to go live.

If I use your Domain Management services, can I still have my site hosted and maintained by another company?

Yes.  Clients who use our Domain Management services can use anyone they like for their hosting and other web services.  Domain Management clients do not have direct access to the DNS records with the registrar, but we will direct them wherever you request or make any changes to the records for you.

Note: Clients who use both our Domain Management and hosting services usually choose to manage their domain settings through their hosting control panel (see screenshots of the domain controls available in the cpanel for hosting clients).
